About Us
Walker Evans, Landowner in Moundville, Alabama, 1936
Owning an art collection is a great joy and privilege, but also a great responsibility.
Regardless of your intentions for your collection—whether you intend to sell, donate, or pass it on to your loved ones—it remains your responsibility to ensure its safety, adequate coverage, and meticulous record-keeping. While museums boast dedicated staff to manage these tasks, such a luxury is impractical for private collectors.
This might seem like a weighty obligation, but it doesn’t need to be. Orchestrated Artwork offers services and strategies that grant you access to and enjoyment of your collection, and also ensure meticulous tracking, insurance, and preservation for its long-term stability. Our objective extends beyond mere collection preservation; we aim to enhance your collection enjoyment.
Our typical clientele consists of established collectors whose collections have outgrown the simple strategies that worked when the collection was starting out. When a spreadsheet that once managed twenty-five works falters under the weight of 200, or 2000, and storage becomes a concern, Orchestrated Artwork steps in. We can harness the information you've diligently tracked and the documents you've amassed. Through comprehensive on-site inventory visits, we construct robust, feature-rich databases. These cloud-based systems securely house images, documents, monitor location changes, and can be seamlessly updated remotely.
Our relationship doesn’t end once everything is in place. We often maintain long-term relationships with our clients which helps us understand their goals, and anticipate the collection’s needs.
